Email support@aurora-care.net. Include the email on your Aurora account and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, or sensitive medical records.

Privacy and account deletion

In Aurora, open Settings, then Privacy & Data to request an export, withdraw health-data consent, or request account deletion. No longer have the app installed? Request account deletion on the web.
