Delete your Aurora account

Works with or without the Aurora app installed. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated health, nutrition, and chat data, except limited records we must keep by law.

Fastest: delete in the app

Open Aurora, go to Settings, then Privacy & Data, and choose account deletion. Deletion runs immediately from there.

No app? Request deletion here

Enter the email address on your Aurora account. We never confirm whether an address has an account; if one matches, we email next steps to verify the request before anything is deleted. Requests are processed within 30 days.
